  • The ICAR exam for Bachelor course (UG) is of total 600 marks.
  • All the questions asked in the ICAR exam are Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
  • A total of 150 questions are asked in this. The candidate will get 4 marks for each correct answer of the question.
  • There is a negative marking of 1/4 in the ICAR exam. That is, 0.25 marks will be deducted for wrong one question.

2nd stream – Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics

  • The ICAR exam for Master’s Course (PG) is of total 480 marks.
  • All 120 questions asked in this exam are multiple choice.
  • Student will get 4 marks for each correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for wrong answer i.e. there is negative marking of 1/4th.
  • Marks will not be deducted for the questions the candidate does not answer.
